1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Personalized Content & User Submissions

Our platform allows you to upload photos, text, and other materials (“User Content”) to create a custom product.

a. Ownership

You maintain ownership of all User Content you upload. By submitting it, you grant CoziTales a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display the content solely for producing your personalized book and handling customer service needs.

b. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You have the rights or permissions to upload and use the content.
  • Anyone appearing in the images — especially children — has provided proper consent through you as their parent or guardian.
  • Your content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

We may refuse or remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate
  • Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Disrupt or attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the Services

4. Intellectual Property

Except for your User Content, all materials on our website — including text, artwork, graphics, templates, and logos — are owned by CoziTales or our licensors. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify them without our written consent.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price along with any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Due to the custom nature of every CoziTales book, all sales are final once production has begun, unless otherwise outlined in our Refund & Replacement Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the Services will meet your expectations.
