Refund & Replacement Policy

Each CoziTales book is created specifically for the individual customer, featuring unique personalization and custom artwork. Because of this made-to-order process, all purchases are final, and we cannot offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Replacements & Store Credit

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives with an issue on our end, we’re happy to provide a replacement copy or store credit. This applies in the following situations:

  • Your book arrives damaged or has a production flaw.
  • There is a printing mistake caused by CoziTales.
  • You receive the wrong product (incorrect personalization, title, or images).

How to Request Help

If you need a replacement or store credit, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of receiving your package. Requests sent after that timeframe may not be eligible for review.

If you contact us outside normal business hours, we will reply on the next business day.

Please include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Photos of the book and/or packaging (when applicable)

We review each case individually to ensure every customer receives a fair outcome. Once your claim is approved, we’ll move quickly to send a replacement or issue store credit.

Customer Personalization Errors

Please confirm all names, details, and photo uploads before submitting your order. CoziTales cannot take responsibility for mistakes made during the personalization process, including typos or low-quality images provided by the customer.
