This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing purchases made through CoziTales’ website

and mobile applications, including how orders are reviewed, approved, processed, shipped, and

resolved in the event of an issue.

Placing Orders

You may place orders for personalized children’s books through our website or mobile applications.

Each order requires personalization details such as your child’s name, story options, and any photos

you choose to upload. By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and

complete.

Because each book is uniquely created for each customer using the information you provide, all books

are custom-made and tailored specifically to your selections.

Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Payment must be made in full at the

time of purchase using any payment method offered at checkout.

CoziTales may update pricing at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed and paid

for.

Order Review, Approval & Processing

After submitting your personalization details, you will receive a preview of your custom book. You are

required to review and approve your book before it is sent to print. This approval step ensures the

final product reflects exactly what you selected.

Once your book is approved, production begins immediately and the order cannot be modified. Your

book then enters the printing and fulfillment queue.

Estimated shipping and delivery timelines are provided in your confirmation email.

Shipping & Delivery

Your printed book will be shipped to the address entered at checkout. Delivery timelines vary based on

your location and carrier performance.

CoziTales is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs

processing, or other factors beyond our control, but we are always available to assist with delivery

issues.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because every CoziTales book is custom-made and approved by the customer prior to printing, all

sales are final and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

However, we are happy to provide a free replacement or store credit if:

– Your book arrives damaged

– There is a printing or production flaw

– The wrong item is delivered

– Personalization is incorrect due to a CoziTales error

How to Request a Replacement

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and include:– Your order number

– A brief explanation of the issue

– Photos of the book and packaging (if applicable)

Our team reviews each case individually to ensure a fair and timely resolution. If approved, a

replacement will be issued at no cost to you, or store credit will be provided.

Customer Personalization Errors

Because customers must approve their book before printing, CoziTales cannot be held responsible for

errors originating from the information you provide, including:

– Misspelled names or text

– Incorrect details

– Low-quality or incorrect photos

– Personalization choices submitted incorrectly

Please carefully review your preview before approval.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because each book is custom-made, orders cannot be canceled or modified once book creation has begun.

Once a book has been approved and sent to print, no changes can be made, including cancellations, content edits, or address updates.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all personalization details and previews before completing the approval step.

Limitation of Liability

CoziTales is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase or use

of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the book.
